How these numbers are calculated

The sample is every pressure cooker on the Pressure Cookers spec sheet: 14 models drawn from 13 comparison pages, matched by ASIN and model name so no model is counted twice. It is the set of products we chose to compare, not a random sample of the market, and it leans towards models people actually shop for.

A spec is reported only when at least four models list it and at least 70% of those values parse as one number in one unit. Mixed units are converted (grams to ounces, weeks to days). Values quoted as a range are left out rather than guessed. Feature shares count a model only when its page gives a clear yes or no.
