Robot Vacuums Statistics (2026)
The median suction power of a robot vacuum is 6,000 Pa, across the 23 models Spec Atlas has compared that list it. 83% of robot vacuums use LiDAR navigation. Every figure below is computed from the 17 robot vacuums comparisons on this site, which cite manufacturer spec sheets and manuals.

How these numbers are calculated
The sample is every robot vacuum on the Robot Vacuums spec sheet: 23 models drawn from 17 comparison pages, matched by ASIN and model name so no model is counted twice. It is the set of products we chose to compare, not a random sample of the market, and it leans towards models people actually shop for.
A spec is reported only when at least four models list it and at least 70% of those values parse as one number in one unit. Mixed units are converted (grams to ounces, weeks to days). Values quoted as a range are left out rather than guessed. Feature shares count a model only when its page gives a clear yes or no.
Values are as published by the manufacturer unless a comparison page says otherwise. Spot an error? Email hello@speckatlas.com with the model and the source.
